• Business name and service category (for Event Partners)
• City and Postal Code (Pincode)
• Phone number (10-digit Indian mobile number)
• Portfolio images (optional, for Event Partners only)
• Language preference

We do not collect email addresses, Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, payment information, or any other sensitive personal data at this stage.

Your personal information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Communication: To contact you regarding Ayojan Vistam services, platform updates, and launch notifications.
• Partner Verification: To review and verify Event Partner applications before onboarding.
• Platform Improvement: To understand our user base geographically and improve our service offerings.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL-based cloud infrastructure) with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only through role-based access controls and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable Indian law. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our active databases within 30 business days.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian regulations, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (erasure) of your personal data

• India Post Pincode API: Used solely to auto-fill city names based on postal codes — no personal data is sent

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
